Comments from previous Childbirth Education student couples about the Childbirth with Dignity course:

"I didn't know that so much of birthing is built into the mother and how intrusive some modern medical procedures are." --expectant dad

"Christelle prepared us for all the possibilities in labor but it was most helpful to understand the course of a natural, unmedicated labor and delivery.  I was able to give birth naturally in a waterbirth tub at the hospital and there's no way I could've done it if I hadn't taken this course!  We are now parents of a beautiful, healthy baby girl."  --new mother

"It was so meaningful for us to have spiritual themes woven into the course.  God's design in pregnancy and childbirth is amazing and awe-inspiring, and it was special to go through it with the Hagens."  --new mother

"Very informative.  I learned more than I would have thought to ask about....  It made me realize how amazing the birth process is, and how a mother can listen to her body." --expectant dad

"It thoroughly covered the topics of pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum with a Christian perspective...  The relaxation exercises and practice contractions were very useful....  At the beginning of the class I was skeptical about natural childbirth but now I really want to try to get through birth without unnecessary medical  interventions....  I will be more empowered in labor to try techniques that will help me be successful in natural childbirth and avoid medication."  --expectant mother
