The Natural Women's Health Fertility MattersTM Program
The Natural Women's Health Fertility Matters Method Program gives you personalized, confidential counseling in using natural means for improving your health as a means to relief from confusing fertility or painful menstrual cycles. This program is for you if:
you hope to improve painful menstrual cycles
you hope to make your cycle lengths more regular
postponing pregnancy or achieving pregnancy are not important goals for you (if they are, we recommend that you register for another
program)
this program is geared for women (single or married)
you are under age 40 (if you are 40 years or over, we suggest that you register for the
Premenopause program)
You should notice improvements within 3-6 cycles of fertility counseling. If you do not notice any improvements after 6-9 months of fertility counseling, your instructor will provide referrals to qualified medical professionals who understand Natural Family Planning and can provide further medical assistance. This course is not intended to diagnose or treat illnesses, but to provide information that you can use to naturally strengthen your fertility.
If you are married, we recommend that your husband plan to attend the first, and at least some others of the counseling sessions, as changes usually require a "team effort".

About this Program
Instructor: Christelle Hagen, CCE. Christelle is a fertility educator and certified childbirth educator. She and her husband Chris have taught NFP classes and counseled over 100 women and couples in natural fertility since 1999. Chris and Christelle used several of the strategies they now teach in order to conceive their firstborn child, after suffering from several years of infertility and two miscarriages.
