Want to learn how to enhance your fertility naturally, in the privacy of your own home, at your own pace? This course is for you! The course consists of three segments that you complete on your own time schedule, with a FMM fertility educator as your guide and assistant. The course can be taken by couples who are currently trying to conceive; by those who want to try to improve their fertility to help with menstrual or other women's health difficulties; by couples who have difficulty maintaining pregnancy; and by couples who are postponing pregnancy at this time.
The Fertility MattersTM Method Home Study Course
All the Fertility Matters Programs
You may choose from the following fertility education programs:
-Pre-Conception (for couples of presumed normal fertility who desire to achieve pregnancy soon)
-Achieving a Healthy Pregnancy (for couples struggling to become pregnant)
-Natural Family Planning (for couples choosing to postpone pregnancy)
-Fertility After Childbirth (for couples who have recently become parents and all breastfeeding mothers)
-Premenopause (for couples in which the wife is over age 40)
Comprehensive Fertility Education
The Fertility Matters Home Study course consists of three steps:
Step 1. Understand your fertility and the Fertility Matters Method.
This step will help you understand normal fertility, and deepen your insights into why fertility matters. You will also learn how to use the Fertility Matters Method to help you monitor your fertility on a daily basis so that you can understand if you are fertile or not at any given time.
Step 2. Use the Fertility Matters Method in accord with your pregnancy intention.
After completing the first step, you will be ready to use the Fertility Matters Method, and to chart your signs of fertility. You have the option of using the quick and easy basic charting system, or the more informative detailed charting system. You can then use the knowledge you have gained to either achieve or postpone pregnancy, or to simply monitor your fertility, if you are open to either outcome.
Step 3. Deepen your understanding of how to use the Fertility Matters Method during a variety of fertility situations.
To use the method effectively, you need to know what to do when fertility signs are not simple and straightforward to interpret. During this step, you will practice how to interpret a variety of more complicated situations.
Healthier choices & stronger, faith-filled marriages

Your fertility counselor will stay in frequent contact with you to help you understand the material you are studying; to review your charts, answer your questions, and to encourage you! If you have simple questions, you are welcome to email your fertility counselor as often as you wish. More lengthy questions will be handled by phone. Included with your course are several over-the-phone counseling sessions. After the six months of fertility counseling included with your course are over, you will have the option to extend your fertility counseling membership, if you wish.
