I have known Christelle Hagen for about six years. My very first conversation with her was concerning various questions and concerns I had regarding NFP. I was referred to Christelle by a mutual friend who had the utmost confidence in her knowledge and experience in this particular subject. No only do I distinctly remember coming away from that first conversation with a great respect for Christelle and immense confidence in her counseling and advice, but I found myself so encouraged and affirmed as a woman/wife/mother from simply one conversation with her! Thus began not only an ongoing 'fertility counseling' connection with Christelle, but also a dear friendship.
I have sought out Christelle's insight and advice on countless occasions, pertaining to questions about fertility, NFP, and pregnancy. Usually she had a concise answer or tidbit of wisdom to share, and if ever there was something she was unsure about, I knew I would receive a follow-up call from her within the next few days. The follow-up calls were always packed with researched answers, anecdotes and experiences from other people she spoke with, and her own intuitive conclusions she had arrived at. Christelle has always impressed me with her fantastic listening skills, her great humility, her instinctive wisdom on these subjects, and her compassionate concern every time I have gone to her with a question. I have referred several people to Christelle for this very reason! My husband and I had the opportunity to sit in on several NFP classes that Christelle and her husband taught. We enjoyed the classes and learned a great deal from the Hagens during these classes. They both obviously have a great breadth and depth of understanding in this subject, and it was obvious to anyone in their classes that Christelle and her husband greatly enjoyed teaching/helping others in this area. I have the utmost confidence in Christelle's natural abilities in fertility counseling/NFP services, and I do--and will continue to--seek out her expertise in this field.
